After working in PR and marketing for race teams and a manufacturer’s promotional show truck, Nika started to promote women on Motorsports.

Since then she spent years writing for the Toronto Star Wheels section and freelanced for numerous publications ie. Modified Mustang, Moneysense, Northern Prancer (Ferrari), etc.

She also competed in the Targa Newfoundland Rally twice and the gruelling Rallye Aïcha des Gazelles in Morocco. For a few years, Nika volunteered as a judge for the F1 in schools project promoting young high school students to design and develop a miniature Formula One car.

She has her Ferrari Piloti certificateand has graduated Bobby OreMotorsports Stunt driving school ( based in Camarillo California at that time).

In 2001, Nika received an award of recognition from the Automotive Hall of Fame (USA) Women’s Automotive Association International Women in Racing.

Married with a young daughter, Nika and her husband are avid car collectors that have an eclectic assortment of vehicles.

Currently Nika writes for Autostrada Forum, a high end luxury automotive magazine.
